A: Being a home based business, the communication with my programmers, copy writers, and backlink suppliers is through emails, and/or instant messaging.

A: Being an entrepreneur, I genuinely care about my work and my clients. On occasion, I will even add extras with no charge to my client.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through search engines, and locally.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Usually via email, I send them a contract with 50% due upfront, I design or modify a template, load it to their server, and ask for feedback to make any changes. Once it's approved, I send a final billing.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Quality service, good communication, and prompt replies.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I manage demanding clients the same as I do any client. When their demands exceed our agreement(s), I draw the line.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: First of all, I recommend NO ONE to use Heritage. They are a rip-off. And it's also best to go with an entrepreneur. You can usually choose the right one if you have a good feeling about him. He should be personable, patient, and a good communicator.
