A: We are 100% online with our website development. We do on most occasion actually deal with clients at their locations to help them with hands on training with their websites that we build for them.

A: We usually outbid our competition by 80% or more as to what we offer. We now are including 3 years of hosting and registration in our website development plans.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We call and leave information at our potential clients locations.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: First we have them sign our contract and accept 30 - 50% down on the project. In 24 hours we have the registration, hosting, and e-mails set-up. In 72 - 96 hours from initial contract, we have the CMS System installed with a custom look to match the logo and relative business colors. In 5-7 days later, we will be able to walk our client through a custom content process that may include: about us, our services, custom content pages, images, flash video, website structure, and over 30 other items.
Around the 14th to 25th day we will be finished with the initial website. For the next 14 days we will promote the website using SEO and social bookmarking.
By 30 Days we will review a performance test with our clients.
Note: Throughout the entire process we will help educate the website owner with the many tools, features, and support. We have unlimited support for hosting and we offer website concierge services for 180 days after the website has been built.
