A: Word of mouth.

A: We meet with our clients every step of the way. As a result, surprises are limited.

A: Really understanding the people that make up the company.

A: Very carefully!

A: By TALKING to the owners of the company. If they owner won't talk or meet with you at YOUR earliest convenience, that don't need or want your business.
