I am very unhappy. I had a site with you for several years. I let you register my domain name. For several months I tried to pay to have the domain name renewed - a mere $14 but your site was not working and I could not make the payment. I talked to you on the phone several times about this when I could get you on the phone. Recently a friend in France wrote me to let me know that my site was not on the web. I tried to get in touch through USAWEBSITE the last name I had for your operation but it too was on not the web. I have placed my site with HOSTMONSTER as I am sick of your poor service and the difficulty in contacting you and receiving replies. I now find that my domain was placed wi9th Enom, who send me back to you. The pointers for my website need to point to HOSTMONSTER at this time. I would li9ke the domain name transferred to them as I no longer trust you. I tried to call you today on the phone, then number was not working! If this message actually gets to you anc catches your attention call me immediately at 508-999-3290. I also asked you to set up a second domain name which you failed to do - HOSTMONSTER now has the new domain name

On January 6, 2009 Med Supplies 2 You, Inc. hired Mr. Hantak to develop a new ecommerce website for the agree upon amount of $4,000.00 and perform search engine optimization at a rate of $1,000.00 a month. Mr. Hantak was paid $1000.00 as a security deposit on January 6, 2009 and promised the website would be completed within thirty business days. On the date of January 13, 2009 Mr. Hantak called Marc Kaplan (The Owner of Med Supplies 2 You, Inc.) and said he had completed forty hours worth of programming and would need another $1,000.00 installment to continue working. Marc then paid Mr. Hantak the $1,000.00 he had requested to further complete the project he claimed he had been working on. For several weeks after the second installment was made Marc had tried to get into contact with Mr. Hantak but had no luck.
