Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We have loads of practical knowledge to share on owning an online business. Not to mention we make smoking hot sites. And we're givers. So get ready to have oodles of experience in web marketing, search engine optimization, usability of your site and more, all at your fingertips.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We're laid back, fun loving people. Jokesters even. So it makes our projects enjoyable. We want you to enjoy this, we want you to have a great time and love what we do for you.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Communication is key. We've worked on our process to streamline everything so that we've become the ultimate well oiled machine.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Mostly that we give our clients a full service website and walk you through the ENTIRE process, from buying your domain name to marketing your brand new bangin' website.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth, referrals, google. Our services and designs really speak for themselves.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We use a web based application to help keep everyone in the loop and the project organized. We really understand that our clients need our help, guidance, support and advice, so we give it to them.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication between us and the client and and open mindedness to their ideas and opinions.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Very Carefully. Just kidding, Boundaries. Giving everyone boundaries and setting up expectations are key from the start.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Really, I think it's a gut instinct. Think about all of the things that you need in a designer and web firm. Talk to them all, see how you connect.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: With a killer loft office, a crew of ridiculously talented artists and programmers, and interns! Duh. Gotta have interns.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It's all changing so fast, but I would say I see flash becoming obsolete (don't throw any tomatoes, flash developers). I see more functionality and usability coming in to play as well.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I was looking up words that I thought described me and my art. Moxie and Panache were at the top of the list, but when I thought of Quirky and looked up the definition (strikingly unconventional), I knew that was it. And I love birds. And England, where they call hot ladies Birds instead of Chicks.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: If you build it, they don't just come. You have to be ready and willing to be a sponge and take all of the tools out there, from SEO to web marketing, and bend them to your will.
