A: Give customers a working site that meets their needs. Treat customers like I would want to be treated and complete projects on schedule.

A: My team consists of myself, another designer and a social media coach. We work together very well and complement each others work.

A: Under promise over deliver. We work with companies that "have no idea" about web technologies. We break everything down into understandable language and move the client forward with getting their business online and getting more clients from the Internet.

A: Word of Mouth, and the Internet

A: The client provides the text and artwork, we provide a mach-up of the site for approval. Changes are made and discussed with the client. The final product is uploaded upon payment being received.

A: Check references and meet the designers in person. If the company will not allow you to meet with the actual designer be wary.
