A: Most of our business comes from search engines and word of mouth. In addition, we maintain long-lasting relationships with the vast majority of our customers.

A: Listening and understanding the client's unique and specific needs.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Most companies can create a web site, and if you've seen examples of their work, you already know if they can produce a quality product. Meet with the client to get a feel for them, personally, and request references from past or existing clients. Ask questions and trust your instincts.

A: Building top-notch print and web-based solutions for businesses and individuals who value personal relationships and attention to detail. Oh, and world domination.

A: Just like everyone else's. All the good names were taken, so we spent a month racking our brain and eventually flipped a coin. No, actually, it is a reference to the perfectionistic qualities that keep me up at night, making sure everything is 'just right'.
