A: We work closely with client to make sure they are satisfied with our work each step of the way from the initial design concept to developing the site to maintaining the site. We also offer 15 minutes of free updates per month.

A: Word of mouth, telephone book, repeat customers and internet

A: With a lot of patience.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at the company's portfolio. If you like the work, then you know they are the company that you should go with. You can always find a cheaper company but will you be happy with the results? Probably not. And then you will want it redesigned in a couple of years. We have redesigned many websites that we slapped together.

A: Keep the data current. Update as much as possible.
