Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our mission is to help small businesses create their vision by providing innovative web solutions that grow with their business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are a local Atlanta Web Design Agency located in on the south side of Historic Marietta Square. Marietta Square is the definition of a new South city center. 19th century buildings and sidewalks.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our Atlanta Web Design team works on projects together to streamline the process & share ideas to accomplish the task at hand. When not in the office we work remotely from several locations.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our Atlanta Web Design team create SEO friendly websites that help increase traffic and generate new leads to save you time and money! We focus on your website while you focus on running your business.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our clients are through client referrals and Google (of course). Some of our clients have been with us from our start in 2010. We have grown since then from freelancer to an Agency.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: From brainstorming to deployment, we guide you through each step of our web design process.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication is crucial - when I client needs you a timely response and accessibility are extremely important. We want our clients to feel like a part of our team. We work together to create their vision.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With care and patience. We have a workflow that works. We have special plans for clients who need more attention and desire more hand-on. Some of our most demanding clients are our best!

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Trust your instincts. Pick a company that is reputable and is in good standing with the community. A company you feel a connection with. Someone you can trust.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Expanding our team, moving to a larger office here on the Square in Marietta. We love our Marietta vibe and location. It speaks to our hearts.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design grows tremendously and the more it grows the better we get at what we do. Anyone can build a website, however it takes years of experience to design a site that looks professional and is optimized for search engines.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: My husband and I founded the company therefore it is named after us, Newman and we wanted to grow and expand in the future and provide multiple web solutions - therefore you get Newman Web Solutions.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Get to know WordPress even if you only make simple changes to the text or replace an image. But hire experts to manage and protect your investment. We provide professional maintenance packages to keep your site backed up, secure and optimized.
