A: We are honest, won't try and sell you more than you need, won't take on your project if we don't believe it can be successful, and we provide fair pricing no matter how much money your company makes.

A: Word of mouth from current clients and or course Google.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: A simple phone conversation to see if we would be a good fit, then meet to do a more detailed needs analysis, provide a quote along with any suggestions or recommendations, then after a Q & A session, we begin the project utilizing our tried and true design and development process which we only share with clients.

A: Communication, communication, and did I mention communication?

A: Use constant professionalism and communicate.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Talk with each firm individually and meet with them, if possible. By communicating your needs with each firm and learning more about their qualifications, experience and their solutions, etc., you will get a good feel for whom you should work with. Do your due diligence but also "follow your gut".

A: Continuing to be a leader in the industry.
