Had a very good experience working with Motion City Media on our website. We had a lot of issues with our previous Prestashop installation by a different company. Motion City Media corrected all the issues, upgraded Prestashop, and created a newer modern template. We are very happy with the service.

As everyone knows, there are going to be a few times in a company's existence that they run into a disgruntled and/or impossible customer that cannot be pleased no matter what you do for them. Unfortunately, I have had one of each of those in the last two years. That would be the total number for an entire 12 years! I have kept in contact and tried to work things out with these customers, but instead, they want to go on a rampage acting as if myself and my company are some horrifying villain.

I believe that my large portfolio and testimonials speak for themselves. Each one on my website is real and legitimate. Each one can be contacted and asked for a reference. There are no lies and no scams going on there. The number of real and verifiable happy clients I have far surpasses and outweighs the negative posts made by one or two people who are just repeating themselves everywhere on the Internet. I can also proudly say that I have never had, nor have now, legal actions against myself or my business.

I just ask that anyone reading this would see that there are no old posts about me or my company within my entire 12 year span of doing business. I have had an impeccable reputation and everything negative posted about me recently is just the same two re-posting over and over. One of them is just angry because they breached our contract after work had been done, they behaved like a crazy person, and then they expected a refund which they are not entitled to.

Myself and Motion CIty Media provide detailed contracts for all work performed that clearly include all information needed to protect our clients from any harm on our part. Every client is protected by our refund policy in our contracts so there is absolutely no reason why anyone would be "robbed" by us.

I have been providing web development service for a very long time. I have clients worldwide. My presence is all over the Internet as a verifiable developer and member of the web development community. My work ethics and standards are highly professional.

We Hired Jessica Bolin ( Jessica Bynon)/Company's to upgrade are vb3 forum to vb4 for the follow web site Ohio Fastpitch Connection & The Softball Zone, we paid her in advance to start work on the project in August of 2011. After calling her many time to ask why nothing was being done, she came up with allot of lame reason for not doing the job. In November I gave her a dead line, either show me some work that you have done or I'm requesting a full refund. I gave her/company's many chance's to prove to me that she was going to do the right thing and complete the project. At the end of November 2011 I told her I wanted a complete refund it is now December 10, 2011 she will not answers her phone or return voice mail or reply to any emails that I have sent.

I did tell her that I would make sure the public was made aware of her/company's short comings, Jessica explain to me that in order to pay me back the money we paid her/company's that she need to get more web design work and that she didn't have our money. That right she spent our money that I intrusted to her/company's for a project.

Now she posting on her site(s) and WordPress blog, I've listed them below to watch out for "Web Development Scam Artists" by Jessica Bolin she wrote this on November 10, 2011 and you can read it at this link http://www.motioncitymedia.net/2011/11/10/web-development-scam-artists/ she even added some tags and word on her/company's web site such as "We are scam free and varifiable" Well I'm not sure what a scam is but taken someone
money for nothing sounds like a scam to me.

I did find out after some research that http://www.motioncityhosting.com/ is not her/company's but she is a Affiliate, when I found this out I contact them and ask if they could give me a refund for the Hosting fees that we had paid in advance for 6 month and explain to them about Jessica/Company's and what had happen they gave me a complete refund. So I would recommend http://www.motioncityhosting.com/ for your hosting needs.

Jessica has never once since the day she got her money in August 2011 call me to explain any delay or to tell me she had any problems with the project. The only time she would reply to me was when I called her from a phone that she didn't notice as one of my cell phones.

Jessica own me money, and I don't care if I ever see it, but I want to make sure no one else falls into the trap I did with her/company's

I would't recommend Jessica Bolin ( Jessica Bynon)/Company's for any project at this time. Her web site says Serving Columbus, OH and Murrells Inlet/Myrtle Beach, SC locally and also world wide! So if your looking for someone to take your money for nothing in return.
