A: Our office is a fun place for those who's having fun when they work. Every day here is special and full of humour, friendship and strict work principles at the same time.

A: We use Slack, Basecamp, Skype, email, kitchen conversations to get in touch with each other.

A: The majority of our clients found us and asked for help when they needed it.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: The first step is the meeting. We clarify tasks, goals, work principles, meet the client, know more details about project etc. The second step is estimation and discussion. Then we use agile management methods and our managers control the work and give reports to a client. After the job is done, we release the app or website, support it fo free and make improvements if it's necessary.

A: Perfect goal matching.

A: We get the application, make an estimation and start to work.
