A: Treat the client as a person with our expertise in a language that is understandable. The client is important and customer service must be without question up and beyond the call of duty. Stay with the client from the first call to beyond the project's completion.

A: I have a home office environment with a room specially designed to conduct business transactions.

A: I have an administrator who handles all my appointments while I concentrate on the technical matters of the business.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I treat all of my clients like individuals and not like numbers like many large corporations do. I care about the small business because these companies cannot afford to spend thousands of dollars to have a website built and advertise.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Greater Works mostly get its business from word of mouth referrals, leads from the internet, and appearing from networking meetings in my local or regional area.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We do the following: consultation, quote, plan of action, implementation, review, and completion.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Positive communication and a well drawn out contract that both parties can agree on.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I try to hear their concerns in a calm and professional manner. I believe that if you are calm, the client will be calm also.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I don't believe in pressuring a potential client to go with my service because I may not be the company they need. Therefore I would help them find the best company for their needs.

A: I believe my company will go beyond the home environment and move into a more commercial operation because the company is growing as a local web development powerhouse.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: There will be new ways and technologies to design websites, develop and maintain content, programming, and gathering and storing information.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Greater Works Business Services is the best name of the company because all of our services are business related in the sense that it's use to conduct business online as well as offline.

A: Make people believe your website and its products and services are worth not only looking at but purchase also.
