A: Treat each client, large or small, as if they are the most important client you have.

A: Office is fun, yet everyone pulls their weight to make the business a success.

A: Our team members work together as if each person has the same amount of importance. Each member is willing to help all others.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Every one of us LOVE what we do, and that shows when we work with our clients. Our prices are great and our customer service is excellent.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth or internet

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Discuss project, design graphic layout to customers approval, layout the first page for customer approval, finish site and programming.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Work with the customer to deliver THEIR concept; not our concept.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Most demanding clients know what they want and do not feel as though they are getting it. We have them draw and write what they want so we can accomodate them.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They should look at the type of clients and designs the companies have, as well as contact some of the companies clients.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We do not want to get so large that we lose our pesonal relationships with our clients, as this can lead to lack of appreciating them. We will be in business in 10 years and beyond.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The industry is ever-changing. With html 4.0 almost gone, xhtml 1.0 on it's way out, and the new html 5 on the way in, hopefully the industry will become easier to keep up with.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: The Eagle is the symbol of America.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Make sure your website is designed to do what you need it to do. If it is just for information, make sure it gives your visitors information. If it is ecommerce, make sure it is easy for your visitors to find and purchase items.
