A: My name is Chelsi and I am the Director of Project Management for Deviant Green.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Deviant Green was founded on the belief that there needed to be a niche filled in the area of small to medium sized professional business solutions. As the digital landscape we live in is ever evolving, we felt there needed to be a strong advocate in our niche with the fortitude to stay up-to-date with tomorrow's new standards in order to provide our clients with a strong product that will last them years to come.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Deviant Green plays host to a team that have time and time again proven their professionalism and product quality. Our "Green Designers" as we call them come to us from, literally, around the world. With over 8 professional contractors that serve as the heads to each variable service we offer, we keep our projects and communication securely coordinated through our own developed online programs.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Believe it or not, many small to medium sized solution companies across the world devalue staying up-to-date with their industries. At Deviant Green it is each of our professionals' job to stay up-to-date with each of their secular specialties to ensure that you, the client, get the product you deserve. This means our delivered product has the potential to last you a decade to come!

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Deviant Green primarily relies on S.E.O. for our local search engine searches, marketing partnerships, such as our partnership with our local Dunkin' Donuts, and of course word of mouth to generate the majority of leads for our business.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: After personally working with a myriad of different web solution companies before Deviant Green, I can not stress the value of sincere enthusiasm and care enough to do its justice. One of the things I appreciate most about all of those that work with Deviant Green, is that they do sincerely care most about providing a working solution that will do good for their client and I believe that, above all, is what makes our relationships with our clients so great.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Certainly there are a plethora of different clients out there, including both demanding clients as well as clients that will be angry no matter what you provide them. At Deviant Green we see both of these as an opportunity to take criticism, whether subjective or objective, and establish new goals for ourselves to enhance our own products and services.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Deviant Green is a very eccentric name, chosen in late 2008 during the company's initial vision. A "Green Designer" is a young yet professional designer with no preconceived boundaries on design. This means, they are able to more readily think outside of the box and create innovative approaches to deliver a successful working product to each client. Deviant Green personifies just that philosophy.
