A: There is more to designing a successful website than just creating an attractive design. You can have a Rembrandt of a design, but if no one is able to find your site on the web... What purpose does it serve? We develop sites with the understanding that your goal is to reach and deliver your message and or product to an intended audience. With that in mind, we work to form a strategic Internet marketing plan around search engine optimization and social media marketing that guides every aspect of your site's development from inception to deployment.

A: Our office environment is a relaxed atmosphere in which we regularly work from the dock or patio overlooking the river. This helps us to be creative as well as enjoy the serenity of our environment.

A: As long time personal friends, all our officers work collectively and diligently to expand our lives, personally and professionally. This collective cooperation allows us to easily overcome any obstacles.

A: The majority of our business comes via local advertising, targeted keyword search, link exchanges and client referrals.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We provide our clients with a VIP experience throughout the design process. During the initial consultation, we examine your company's market, your primary competitors, and primary online objectives. We discuss the level of function and reporting your organization requires as well as any special or industry specific needs your site may need to meet. From there we work with you closely during the development of the web site. Once the initial content has been published on your newly developed site, we work with our clients to fine tune the site's design and content until you're completely satisfied with the final product. Once the site's design is complete, one of the experienced members of our staff will walk you and/or representatives of your organization, step-by-step through all of the functionality and administration features of your newly developed web real estate.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication is the key to any successful collaboration and is paramount in the developer / client relationship. Unlike other companies who communicate mainly through forms and emails, we are simply a phone-call (866-DBTR-LLC) away from addressing any of our clients perspective needs. In addition, for those clients local to the Central Florida and surrounding areas, our convenient Melbourne, Florida office is open seven days a week. Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm EST || Saturday & Sunday: 1pm-5pm EST.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All of our clients are demanding, we wouldn't have it any other way. As a Business to Business service provider we are constantly dealing with other business owners. To provide a product that is mutually impressive for both the client as well as the designer, we must meet the client's exact specifications. Without a concrete plan and goal, the client will never be truly satisfied with the final product. What some may perceive as a client being demanding or pushy, we understand this merely demonstrates a client's dedication to their success and the success of their brand.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would recommend you evaluate them based on several factors including degree of professionalism, portfolio, experience, education, references, resources and artistic merit. This also assumes that research on their company's credentials has already been completed ie, business license, established business location, employees, etc.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Our planned growth includes the continued expansion of both our design services and our web hosting / dedicated servers division, OptimalWebHost. In addition, as active "Proof of Concept" developers, we will remain committed to continuing our research, contributions and development of future web technologies, strategies and principles. Proof of concept is defined as a short and/or incomplete realization (or synopsis) of a certain method or idea(s) to demonstrate its feasibility, or a demonstration in principle, whose purpose is to verify that some concept or theory is probably capable of exploitation in a useful manner.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: HTML5 is just the beginning, as new technologies are discovered the one common thread between them, is the continued advancement in the area of user interaction experience. As our technological culture continues to evolve, so does the need for more dynamic and reactive design and coding. Future technologies will be centered on their ability to wholly immerse the user in the digital media experience.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: The name of our company was partly influenced by a multitude of factors including our proximity to the Indian River.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Be a constant advocate for your site and above all else regularly publish relevant content. Thought leadership and relevant content are the keys to better search placement. Demonstrate through your content that you are a leading expert in your chosen industry, field or market.
