A : I see it being fully self-sustaining with the ability to offer clients a lot more services. We are working towards creating a full-service agency for clients to meet all their marketing needs.

A : I originally had Creative Communications Online. Understanding SEO techniques, I decided to change it to CCO Web Services. This has helped with my search engine rankings.

A: Word of mouth - Seminars

A: Lots of communication. Generally, I prepare a draft of the site and send over the link to the client.

A: Trust and respect

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Let them know when they are asking too much or just charge them extra for the amount of skill it takes to handle them

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Finding out what their skills are including SEO. If they don't know the basics of SEO, they won't design the site accordingly.

A: I think there will be a lot more e-commerce going on as well as online training or classes. There's already an influx of designers out there expanding into instructional design and development.
