A: We use a multitude of services, but mainly phone calls, emails and instant messages. We also use an internal project tracking system that helps keep everyone on the same page.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We don't follow in others footsteps, we create our own.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Wouldn't you like to know! Honestly though, most is through word of mouth referrals. What can we say? Our clients love to share and brag about us and we're proud of that!

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: All projects are completed in-house in our downtown location. Each project begins with a free consultation. We take the project into design, then development and finally finish with a product that far exceeds the client's expectations.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Excellent communication.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All of our clients are demanding and we are happy to serve them with a solution and a smile.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We recommend viewing and comparing the quality of work between the portfolios. We also recommend requesting a list of testimonials and references. If the other web design companies can't provide it, then chances are they are not going to be a qualified candidate.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Growing to a multi-state and multi-city organization with reach to all corners of the United States and abroad.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see the web design industry facing a hurdle in the video production and mobile app development arena. These two industries will impact our industry for the better if we know how to embrace it.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: MJM are the initials of the company's founder, Matt McWilliam.
