Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Cloud Connected founded in February 2017 is a new technical solutions company making arrival in Pasadena. We specialize in providing web applications and e-commerce solutions for small and large businesses plus software. Our prices are much lower for smaller businesses who like to startup and we provide SEO Marketing.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: A pleasant corporate office on the Historic Route 66 on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We are yet to employ a couple of developers and an assistant manager.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are cheaper and provide a more flexible and verstatile range of services than just websites. We build apps and software specific to the companys' needs. Charging less for small companies.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Personal Connections, i.e contact with people who ive met and publishing it on Social Media
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Organize the time effectively and use pre-existing templates and skill to apply for other people. but be tailoring to the business and specification.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Clients need support and prompt contact and live feed on the scope of the project. Giving them a good estimate on the length of the time it is, from start to finish. If the time seems excessive explain concisely the problem without going into great detail that would jeopardize the project and their commitment.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Being calm under pressure and discuss the situation as it genuinely stands, i.e if we have a lot of clients the project may take up to X amount of time.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We would say that we are friendly as a client point of view and assuming you're a small startup we would provide a service friendly of your budget.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Being a leading service in the Greater Los Angeles area and Southern California promoting more jobs.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design make become a lot easier which could threaten our business although some of the constraints with sites such as wix.com is the compatibility of where it can be accessed as it purely flash. A lower cost solution for small startups would mean more people using services or just setting up websites with wordpress.
Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I chose the name as being we are all connected to "the cloud" the cloud is the framework for cloud computing and storage such as Apple's icloud backup storage.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Keep it Short and Simple and accessible with all different older browsers.
