Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Before you decide on who will work on your Brooklyn website design project, remember that not all website designers are business-minded. I have built my own business from the ground up. My clients recognize that I take the time to learn about their business before and while building their website. I’ll learn about your business from the inside out in order to create a bespoke website that suits your specific business needs. As an independent business owner and operator I am able to give full attention to each client that hires me. I have the industry knowledge and millennial ingenuity to provide stand-out service to my clients.

A: Word of mouth, internet/google
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: First we’ll have an introductory phone call or meeting to exchange further contact information, establish communication preferences, draft a preliminary project timeline, settle on all fees (make a deposit) and agree on a payment schedule. I like to get to know the company from the inside out. It is imperative to our success together that I get a firm handle on how your company operates – so I can emulate that online. I’ll ask for a list of employees, history of the business and the cost of each product or service we’re going to be promoting.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Clear communication, clear mutual understanding of final product, agreement on scope and payment plan.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I won't work with clients that are overly demanding or pressuring. There needs to be mutual respect for this businesses relationship to work.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They need to determine their budget. Then they can decide if they want to work with an agency or individual, They should decide if they want to hire locally or globally. Clients should take time to review prospective designer portfolios so they get the look they desire.
