A: We solve problems. We ask questions, listen and learn. We push boundaries. We explore possibilities. We don’t settle for the conventional. We strive to find what is extraordinary out of the ordinary.

A: I collaborate with independent contractors who are located in different geographic locations. We communicate effectively by email.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are interested in satisfying our clients business needs not our own.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth and referrals from satisfied clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a systematic, methodical approach. We work with clients to define their needs, expectations and goals. We will outline the specific project objectives, timing and budget. Once all of this is in place we can create a strategy to achieve your goals.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Great communication.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I understand a demanding business owner because I am one. Being demanding just means you are passionate about seeing your business succeed. We also establish the guidelines for the project in the beginning so everyone is on the same page through out the project.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Pick a firm that you can communicate well with. You will be spending a lot of time working with them so it is important to always be on the same page.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Having another 10 years of helping our current and future clients grow and be successful.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The Mobil Web is going to become a huge market very quickly. It is something for all business owners to start thinking about.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted to pick a name that was original and communicated what we did. Basically, we take all the ingredients; the ideas, strategies, concepts, client requirements, etc., and blend them together into a cohesive, strategic design solution.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Offer your customers engaging original content. Constantly change and update your content to keep it fresh and to encourage repeat visits to your site.
