A: Help customers achieve their intended objectives. We like to grow by establishing a reputation for reliability, accountability and professionalism. Our work is solid and always comes with a warranty.

A: Hardworking, dedicated professionals.

A: We have weekly meetings when we talk about any challenges we are facing. We also talk about how we can be more effective. We discuss application design details. And every once in a while we go out for lunch!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We go the extra mile to make sure our clients achieve their objectives and that they refer us to others. That after all is the most inexpensive and effective way to find new business. We talk about how we can streamline our process and be more efficient in what we do.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals, internet

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We spend all the time needed to understand what they need in order to accomplish their objectives. Soon after project starts, we will deliver a Beta so client gets involved in the development process. Client will provide us feedback which will help us develop an application that suites their needs.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: The most important thing is to understand what the client needs. I think if a client feels that you are truly interested in learning their work process, you have gained their trust. You have to be patient and attentive to be able to come up with solutions.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: If that means a perfectionist client, we welcome that. Clients are entitled to settle for nothing but the best.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Go with a company that makes you feel comfortable. A company that has a thorough understanding of what you need. Don't go for anyone that says we know exactly what you want but is not patient enough to listen to you. You need to be able to communicate with your web designers at your convenience.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We will have about 1,000 more clients. Our staff will be much larger and we will have a much nice office!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Database and web applications will be much more common. Probably a lot better graphics will be used as computers will become even faster.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: American Media Kiosk? I already had the acronyms which are my first, last and middle initials. My accountant and I chose the full name of the corporation.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Keep studying the industry you are in. Learn about what your competitors do and then think about ways to improve your web site. It's amazing how much information is out there and how much you could improve the contents of your site to make it a more effective tool to enhance your business image and attract customers.
