Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: My name is Luba. I am a marketing manager at Ester Digital.

Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: Well, 5 words are not enough to describe us, as we are all different. But I would say creativity, experience, talent, responsibility, and respect.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our clients are in the heart of all our processes. We do our best to understand their business, examine their needs, and create a solution that would help them grow and bloom. We believe that every business and every client is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution, that’s why we deliver bespoke hand-crafted websites and brand projection. Our main goal is to share our clients’ brand messages and business approaches with no words. Visual elements, custom illustrations, and web design are all we have.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: May I use more than 5 words? :) Our office is all about teamwork, friendship, collaboration, support, motivation, and comfort. We are one team, one family, we work closely day by day and we aim to make our collaboration as comfortable and fruitful for every team member as possible.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have several offices around the globe. So we are always online ready to call and chat to discuss clients’ projects, debate the latest news, or simply share jokes in Ester public chat.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We care about our clients as much as we care about ourselves. We aim to deliver solutions that would be effective and that help our clients win the market. We work to move our clients’ business forward, not to show how creative and skillful we are.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We focus on building long-lasting partnerships with our clients. That’s why lots of them share their experience of working with us and we get a lot of projects from referrals. And our business development team is also working great.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We follow Agile methodology to make the design and development process flexible and clear for our clients. Based on the project type and client’s requirements, we divide all the tasks into sprints and follow this plan. Such an approach helps us keep our clients aware of every step.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Mutual respect and the ability to listen to each other. We respect our clients and we really care about their projects and results.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We treat all of our clients equally and provide our best services for everyone.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Take a look at the portfolio, read reviews, and talk to company representatives. It is great when you have a list of questions or key requirements you can discuss with several agencies and choose one that shares your business values.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I am sure that we will expand the list of our services and our clients’ geo. But more than anything I hope that even in 10 years we will be one team, one family – curious, passionate, and unstoppable.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think that the future belongs to unique, custom, hand-crafted, and highly interactive websites and apps.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: In chemistry, an ester is a chemical compound. And one of the co-founders is crazy about chemistry. He was dreaming about being the next Mendeleev or Nobel, but he found Ester design and development agency instead. I hope he has nothing to regret. :)

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Don’t be afraid of sharing your ideas no matter how crazy you think they are.
