A: Original , custom web design that is functional and search engine friendly.

A: Open plan layout with a dedicated conference area, reception and lots of macs!

A: Our team knows their strengths and discuss and interact on projects to deliver the best possible web sites and development solutions.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We strive to produce original work, we don't use templates and we don't outsource. We communicate with our clients throughout the design process.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth and of course being found on Google, we use limited advertising as our reputation and professionalism gets us new clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Each project starts with a free consultation where we find out what the client is looking for and what they would like to see. After a design agreement has been signed we use Basecamp to collaborate with our clients via email and mocks ups so that they are involved throughout. Once the client is happy and signs off on the website we push it live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, always being available by email or telephone.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We try and ensure they know what is in the contract and what they can expect. We have customer care people to explain how the process works.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: First up do they have an office / studio, it might be cheaper to hire a freelancer but what if they stop communicating or move without telling you? Make sure the company has been around for a while and will be for years to come. Do they code using tables or css, do they have a portfolio?

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We hope to offer a complete marketing business with web design , development at the core along with graphic design printing and advertising.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It is the future, we see a merging of the technologies for the web, television and handheld devices. It's going to be more about development and user experience than aesthetics.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Content is king, update it often with relevant information so your clients come back for more.
