A: My name is Ryan Curtis and i am the Co-Director of Zulo.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our business philosophy is to always put the client first.

A: Our office environment is filled with humour and creativity but we're always working hard.

A: We start every project by delegating roles to each individual and communicating positive project plans in order to successfully launch a website.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Online networking mostly or by face to face networking.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Through communication and organisation.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication is the key, and a little bit of humour is what every good client relationship needs.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We use a program called Billings. We keep track of every deadline, every client and every invoice.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: That really depends what they want and how well i know the other web companies.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: That's a tough one - obviously our schedule packed to the brim with clients would be fantastic!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see it being packed full of fun new technologies which will change the way we interact with visual/media information.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: When we first started, we looked up different names online which were short and catchy. We then somehow came up with the name Zulo and it stuck ever since!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Your website can never get enough content. Google loves content. We love content and your site will benefit in the long run if you keep it up-to date with fresh new information.
