A: 80 percent of business is from word of mouth.

A: We spend as much time as necessary talking to our client. Communication is the most important issue.

A: Be honest, impartial, and don't try to use fancy jargon to make something more complicated than it actually is.

A: If a client is demanding, we do what we can to satisfy them. If they are asking for something we have told them we will not do, we will politely ask them to go elsewhere.

A: Ask them about their support mechanisms and the period of time they had been in this business.

A: We do not plan to change. We wish to maintain a personal service and one to one support.

A: The web design industry will always be driven by requirements of its customers. Businesses will soon realise they can do much more with their sites, including management of internal processes such as document management and support.

A: Zinc is a very flexible element. Does some amazing things by itself but alloys well with others. It is also shorter than al um in ium.

A: Visit it every week, read the content, monitor the traffic.
