Being part of the Process, Yes very much so from day one when the web design was started. to the point where no rock was not turned over. To make sure the web site was what we wanted.

Funny you should ask the Jargon. this was one of my questions at the very start. To be told if you dont understand that is fine we will talk none jargon. But as we was getting near the end of the site being done, i found myself asking in jargon talk and asking qustions about the meanings. To find i was givin a answer to any jargon question.

Final Outcome: very happy
Exceptional : Yes they took it on themselfs and did some new logo art work for us.
Complications: As of x mths being live we have had no compilcations
