A: I believe that enjoying what you do is the best way to create outstanding work. Having a deep understanding of the clients needs and translating this through design & technology is a wonderfully creative and enjoyable, rewarding process.

A: We engage and bounce ideas off one another. We are all passionate about web design and development - techies interested in design, designers interested in technology. Always trying to find the best solutions whilst thinking ahead of the game.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: A small agency, yet very capable and experienced. We are friendly and down to earth. Cost-effective. We manage costs to keep fees reasonable, don’t operate from offices that cost a fortune to rent – and we look for the most efficient way of delivering what you need, rather than racking up unnecessary extra hours. Long-term. Some agencies want to take your money and run; we’re there for as long as you want.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through word of mouth, recommendations and an excellent reputation.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: When we design your site, it is an iterative process. After collecting your ideas and/or requirements for the design, we’ll prepare an initial design template in PhotoShop. We’ll then work through an iterative cycle of design and feedback with you until the final template is produced. The rest of the site will then be built and coded according to the desired requirements.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Integrity. Understanding the clients business objectives, being reliable and being responsive and keen to find answers and solutions.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Patience is a virtue.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Ask them how long they've been established, who will be the day to day point of contact. Ask for references and carefully inspect all their websites in their portfolio.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We would like to continue working with our existing clients and also grow the business steadily without taking any risks.

A: I see web tv & video along with interactivity and gaming being the future.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Make sure you have a really robust easy to use CMS that provides complete control over your META data, this way you can optimise your site easily and constantly work towards improving search engine visibility.
