A: Why we do what we do. We think differently and challenge all strategies. Believing that our customers will have and deserve successful businesses online. We do this through communicating and educating our clients during the life long relationships we forge. Accepting the lessons learnt and the paths to success... By the way we create successful strategic Internet Marketing Campaigns and great looking websites. Some of our services include: Internet Marketing, Web Design and Internet Marketing Strategies all to grow your business online along with SEO, PPC, Email Marketing & Social Media Management.

A: Our environment is all about staying above the line and offering a great experience for customers and our team.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team work on varying projects delivering Internet Marketing Strategies and Web Design in an open and environment where we can excel.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our focus is all about our customers achieving success, so we focus from the top down Strategy, Marketing and Sales, by learning about each business then focusing our energy into making it happen.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals and Online leads.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Our projects are managed with key milestones offering a welcome pack along with phone, email and in person communication, briefing meetings, project progress updates and hand over with staged sign off's for key elements to each project. All projects are managed using Base-camp and our internal CRM for a full history of activities.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication - Face to face, phone, email and sometimes a text.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The same as all of our clients we manage their expectations from the start of a project and show them to path to completion.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Speak to each company, find out who will be their main contact during the project, look at past projects and under their culture. Look at references or case studies and finally ensure your culture, values and beliefs are congruent.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Our company will be a leader in educating businesses on how to be a success in marketing using our teachings.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It will be the main arena for learning and engaging people into buying and interacting on a daily basis. Whether that be a mobile device or holographic technology.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Young Cow came about from our Managing Director, Leon Streete. "Whilst alive my father was a keen weight trainer and was renown by his friends, who because of his physique and meal sizes normally 3 times or more than that of a normal dinner, would call him "Cow", so as I grew older and made appearances out and about with my father I picked up the nick name Young Cow from his friends". So there it is, the story behind our company name.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Put yourself in the shoes of your customer, are you offering them the easiest ways to do business with you? Map out your website sales funnel and focus on your conversion rate because this will show you how great your website truly is.
