Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: Bradley Johnson

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our business aim is to increase the number of leads or enquiries our clients websites generate. We do this by design and developing bespoke websites that showcase their business and prompt visitors to make an enquiry.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We're a team of 5 with an office located in Stokesley business park just outside of Middlesbrough.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Unlike other companies, once we launch a website for a client we continue to work with our clients to ensure that they get the most from it. After all it is often their biggest marketing tool which needs to be nurtured so they can get the most from it.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We gain a lot of work by the way of referrals from existing clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We build all of our websites on a test domain which is provided to the client, we then liaise to make changes to ensure that the site is how they want it.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and managing expectations. Before quoting for any work we will always find out the real reason why the client wants to redesign their website. We can then tailor the website and marketing strategy to what they're trying to achieve.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We always show potential clients the previous work we have done and ask them to contact by phone or email our previous customers.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The continued emphasis on mobile first website design will be key for business websites, whether that be ecommerce or brochure websites the number of people using mobile phones to browse the internet will only continue to increase.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Take good images of your products, services or business premises. Having good images plays a huge part in building trust with your website visitor, it also allows them to see your company in its best light.
