As a creative company, we also knew what look we wanted and Will at Wink Creative built a website that looked almost exactly how we wanted it. Our new website is fantastic and so far our clients have found it very easy to navigate. Will was extremely flexible, always to hand and after an initial meeting to discuss what we wanted on the site, went away and came up with exactly what we had asked for. Whilst he was happy to do all that we wanted, he will offer advise or suggest alternatives if he didn't feel that it would work well and would offer an alternative suggestion.

Our website is constantly evolving and Will has always been able to update/amend to our latest wishes. Nothing has ever been a problem and and queries that we have had, have been dealt with very quickly.

Not being a computer boffin, Will has also explained in simple terms how we can go in and update/alter the admin side ourselves. Would highly recommend Will Paterson.

A: I get on with myself quite well and I do find myself quite hilarious at times.

A: The personal approach, you don't deal with account handlers, or a faceless business, you get one on one contact from start to finish and beyond.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Largely by referrals as my clients are so happy with the service and results they receive that they are more than happy to refer my to their contacts.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Setting out goals and a production plan keeps everything in order and both parties know who is responsible for each area and each stage of the design process.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Mainly be recommendations but i'd suggest to go with your gut feeling as there is usually a good reason to trust your instincts, though this is a little more tricky if you never get to meet them face to face.
