A: My name is Mohammed, i'm one of the leading founders of Wingmen

A: Vibrant, capable, innovative, dynamic and honest

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Work hard, under promise and over deliver. We aim to help our customers grow, that way we can ensure our business grows too.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Fun and dynamic and always different. We've adopted an unusual office culture, work hours are flexible, as long as the work is completed to the best standards possible and on time. We limit work hours to 45 hours a week, this means staff cannot spend more than 45 hours a week. We have to impose this limit as our team would not go home otherwise.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team is built on the basis that everyone pushes everyone else to be better. We communicate well with each other and are always striving to hire the best candidates for the job.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We strive to be different, always going the extra mile. We focus on graphical user experience and have a vast range of skills within the team to really help any client with branding to web design and development to marketing and SEO and print. We build quality websites that focus on a great user experience. We can successfully implement and launch your project with brilliant customer service and aftercare. We will use an array of online tools to boost your online profile and increase traffic.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We use email and meetings in person initially then go on to use tools like basecamp to manage and collaborate.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, speed and customer service.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: In most cases our Wingmen (project managers) are more demanding than any clients we've had so far. However on the rare occasions if this is not the case we educate our clients to have an understanding of how we work, from there we can make paths of clear communication and understanding of the clients needs. We ask them to trust in us that we can do the job we say we can, and keep them informed throughout the whole process.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They need to look really hard at their requirements, and look at what the company they choose has to offer. Looking at the price alone is never the best option, amateurs usually cost companies more money than a professional would, a more experienced developer will not only produce a cleaner and better code, but usually in a faster timeframe too. They should look at the big picture also, a company like ours will offer packaged deals, so if someone wants branding, design, develop and marketing we will pack in so much value. If these services are taken from several agencies or individually would cost a lot more.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In 10 years we would see Wingmen running as a much larger entity, however we do not want to divulge too much info as it is detrimental to our growth. We see the company pioneering technologies and being an industry leader. However we will not forget the little people and will always be start up friendly.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design is becoming a commodity, however finding a good designer and developer who understands web technologies will always be valued.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We chose the name with the intent of being Wingmen to our clients, we do all the hard work so you don't have to.
