Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We are approachable, friendly and listen to what our clients want. Organised and plan all our projects effectively and adapt to any changes in our clients needs as well as make any suggestions that will help the project and websites aims.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We work from a home based office based in Taunton, Somerset.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We specialise in creating truly unique and creative websites by designing eye-catching graphics and illustrations - we love giving websites the wow factor! We will work with our clients to design a user-friendly website attractive to their target markets, we take the time to understand their businesses objectives and industry.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business is produced through word of mouth referrals.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We ensure the client is updated of the projects progress being made each week. This way both parties can raise any issues/concerns early and also look to improve the relationship.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Working with clients to effectively plan, design and develop a website that will help achieve their businesses aims and objectives as well as ensuring their marketing campaigns are supported, including the use of landing pages and email capture forms, for example. Keeping the lines of communication open throughout the project as well as providing customer service after the project is finished.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We always work closely with clients so we can help produce results that are required.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Chose the one who actually takes the time to find out what you want from your website and shows interest in your business and industry. Talk over the phone or in person to get a feel for the person you will be working with.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Still growing strong and adding to the services we already deliver.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Invest and spend time on online promotion as well as social media marketing campaigns if suitable. Create landing pages to drive visitors to your desired call to action, for example, buy your products or sign up etc. Also ensure you main website pages are doing this. Use forms to capture your visitors email and other info and create a customer/potential customer database.
