A: More consultative as we believe in empowering the client and helping them understand how to manage their own website.

A: Many years ago, following a conversation with a client.

A: Invest at least 1-2 hours a month in content writing or social media engagement. Ask you web designer what you can do to help promote your business as there are many free ways of doing this.
