Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: My main aim when setting up WeeboWeb limited was to offer reliable and effective ways for small businesses across Yorkshire to market their business. We continually look at ways we can improve and develop internally to offer our clients and future clients the best possible way of moving their businesses forward online.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Fun and hard working... A little boystress at times but always looking at ways of giving the best possible service to all of our clients.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We always interact proffesionally, however we try to have a laugh and a joke throughout the day. We have 3 meetings oer day to ensure that all our targets are met.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are not just a design hoiuse that can get something pretty designed. Unlike most website design companies we have huge experience in SME marketing. Having worked with over 50 small business owbers across Yorkshire myself, WeeboWeb know the most cost effective and reliable ways of getting a return on your investment - We also GUARANTEE RESULTS FOR OUR CLIENTS.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: A lot of our business comes from direct referalls from our clients. Although we do get a lot of business off of the internet as we are ranked highly in the search engines.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: 4 steps. 1. Initial design meeting 2. Content meeting to help our clients gather content - 3. Dummy website created for clients to look at online version of site and monitor progress - 4. Final meeting to ensure every target has been met with the design.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty - If a client wants something doing that I feel is not possible to do in a specific time frame / budget - be honest and say no, I always try and offer an alternative or a new time scale, but honesty has got to be number 1.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Well - We are a demanding business, and we want clients to push us as its normally us doing the pushing

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: 1. Case Studies - Have they got testimonials with telephone numbers that you can talk to direct. 2. Past projects - Is there any websites you like the look of, are they redible design wise ? 3. SEO - Are there customers ranked highly in the search engines and can they show you results.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I see WeeboWeb being the innovators for SME business websites throughout the UK. We currently work with over 120 businesses through Yorkshire and would want to be dealing with more than 1000 businesses by then.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The internet is a booming market, and I see the industry at its infancy at the moment. I come across businesses everyday that havent even got a website and never had one. The website industry will only get bigger and better for small businesses.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: ..... Through long meetings and testing. We found WeeboWeb made people smile, and thats what we aim to do

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Ensure you keep it updated. There is nothing worse then looking at a website week after week and nothing have changed.
