Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Me personally in the past have received some pretty shoddy service... Powered By Penguins Ltd put those wrongs from other companies to right and offer a customer concerned business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: I'd love to say peaceful, tranquil with a clean desk.... but I would be lying - any one for a mug of coffee?

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: As a small team we work perfectly. Both directors Lee and Paul have been / and still are friends for years. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, thankfully my strengths are Pauls weaknesses and vice versa

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Everything, did I mention customer service? we try to succeed where others have failed.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth, that old cliche... but it's true. We work hard to provide a service that is unique and tailored to suit our clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Every project is different but simples would be contact > listen > plan > design and implement > approval > completion

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Contact, we remain in contact throughout the full project and can be contacted by email at any moment in time, because we offer hosting too we are on hand pretty much 24 x 7

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Most of the demands are because of tight schedules, we try where best to stick to them but when it's not possible we don't lie, well tell you what the situation is without making silly excuses

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look for reviews and comments on the company, when you find the right company for your needs you will know

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: The world is our oyster, well in terms of the internet it is. We aim to be one of the best web design companies in the UK, we all strive for this position, but we will push forward with changing technologies and times and do our best to be number 1.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web industry is always evolving, its never ending... which is why I love my job. Interactivity is key in future projects, giving people reason to keep believing in what you've created. I honestly can't imagine what the future holds for the web design industry, I do know that I'll be right there to forefront it.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted something random, something that was different. Powered By Penguins certainly fits the bill.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Never think you have done enough. Keep up with the internet and you will succeed. ps - Goodluck - Lee
