A: We believe in creating positive Best Return on Investment. The websites are designed to load faster, are user friendly and SEO friendly and most importantly drives in more visitors and hence brings more business.

A: We have a friendly and relaxed work environment that fosters creativity and we work together in a team to deliver results. Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We consider that our every Team member is an asset to the company. Each member has a definitive role to play in the project life-cycle. From start to finish the team members are involved in putting in their best efforts to make the project successful.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We do not push our clients for closing sales. We value our client's own decision and provide them with all necessary information that they need from our end for making a decision, but we never force them in choosing us. We stick to deadlines as agreed with the client. We understand the value of time and leave no stones unturned to adhere to the agreed dates. We work closely with our clients and utilize client feedback optimally to deliver desired results.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business comes from Client Referral or Word of Mouth from our existing clients. We also get business from Google and Social Networks.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We start with an Initial Questionnaire wherein the client puts in all his/her requirement together. Our team then reviews the questionnaire and set a meeting with the client if necessary to get a clear and distinct idea about the project requirement. Then begins the brainstorming phase where our team creates a wireframe of the design and eventually a mockup. We send this initial mockup to our clients for review and feedback. We provide unlimited revisions till the client is entirely satisfied with the design. Once the design has been approved by the client, we move on to the HTML, Programming or Integration phase as per the project specification.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust and Honesty. In building a long term working relationship with any client it is crucial that we share a relationship of Trust and Honesty, be it in terms of not keeping any hidden charges when quoting a client to meeting deadlines to delivering quality work as promised.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Client's demands are justified. We try to keep it all clear at the very onset before we kick start our project. This leaves little or no scope for unexpected or unavoidable circumstances. Whatever demand encompasses those requirement are patiently handled by our team and we make sure that they are met.

A: Web design is here to stay and flourish in the future. With the growing demand of everything being available online if you are not on the internet, you are definitely losing on a great chunk. People now access websites not only at home and office but even on the go using their smartphones. This is ever increasing the necessity of having websites and hence the web design industry will for sure keep advancing and growing to new heights.
