I had already worked with Ben who manages the website of a client to whom I was supplying video web content, so when I decided my own site needed a redesign, I knew Ben would be a safe pair of hands for the redesign and coding. He's easy to get on with, understands my ideas, and contributes expert knowledge where applicable (but not just for the sake of it).
We spent a face-to-face session thoroughly exploring the design brief, after which Ben went away and produced a proposal and quote in a timely manner. Once I'd approved one of ben's design options, he coded it rapidly. At all stages of the process we were ahead of schedule and always within the budget.
I have ended up with a website that does everything I'd asked for, and is easy to manage and build upon, and only when I'd finally managed to test every page to my satisfaction did Ben submit his invoice. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for someone to design and build a website.

It has been a pleasure to work with Ben, who was always completely reliable, totally honest with his charges and produced a crisp professional website at an excellent rate.

We commissioned Ben to produce a simple website for our small energy efficiency consultancy 'Optimus' -(www.optimus.org.uk), which we could manage ourselves. Ben was able to combine his excellent graphic design skills with wide technical web design.

From the beginning of the process when Ben met me personally to understand our requirements, every stage has been managed extremely efficiently by Ben. As a non-tecni, it was extremely important that technical queries were answered clearly and patiently. I cannot fault Ben on this. All paperwork from project initiation to website amendments was simple and clear.

He far exceeded our expectations, offering advice on picture editing, hosting options, domain transfer, liaising with our graphics and IT providers. When our domain transfer did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, he resolved the bottleneck speedily, still delivering the project on time.

This is certainly a special example of a small business operating at its very best. Well done, Ben.

I found Ben extremely helpful, prompt responding to my contact and nothing was too much trouble.

We discussed the layout at the outset and he understood our target market was elderly and that our website needed to cater for their ability to use the site. He kept me informed throughout, seeking my input where necessary.

I was provided with a user manual in order to allow me to add and update the site content.

There were a number of areas I needed advice and Ben provided choices, e.g. Donations on line, how we could do that.

The whole process has been easy for me and we are delighted with our new site.

I was very pleased with the outcome of the website which ben at webrex designed for me. It is a totally new concept for me internet design and sales, i had of course many questions for ben on a daily basis of which he was always very helpfull with and put me at ease with his knowledge. I was in constant contact via email with ben and any time had a question the reply was prompt and detailed, i would recommend webrex to anyone that wanted a very competitive expertly devloped website.

Web designer commuincated frequently, visited us to discuss are wants and needs and then communicated regulary be e-mail. Happy to make a number of amendments before we were happy to go live. Involved us in the whole process.
We are very happy with the end product. We would definetly recommend his services to friends. Helped us with technical queries even some not related to the website.

Webrex where a fast easy and stress free way for our small company to be able to use and be recognised on the internet, the design brief was followed and expanded to meet the very high standards we where looking for and all this within a very reasonable budget, i would be very confident in recommending Webrex to any business looking to develop or expand there websites.
