A: Joe Stutter and I am the founder of Webpal.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Webpal aims to offer a range creative services at an affordable price, whilst maintaing a professional service and offering creative solutions that usually come with a higher price tag.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Webpal is a small company but what makes us difference from other web companies is that we can offer other design services to offer a complete solution.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of the business is through word of mouth, recommendation and networking.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: In our initial contact we can discuss your project over the phone or through email and keep communication through those two methods. However as we work mainly within the Bristol area we can arrange meetings and discuss the projects face-to-face.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening to the client and exceeding the clients expectations.
