A: We take a Scrum/Agile approach - regular communication, goal driven philosophy and an environment which encourages sharing of knowledge.

A: We continually improve your website and keep it up to date with the latest technologies. We handle the geeky stuff so you can get on with running your business.

A: Word of mouth and referrals.

A: We have a refined workflow which covers every step and keeps the client in the loop.

A: Communication and transparency. We keep our customers regularly updated and don't leave them in the dark about what's happening next.

A: The key is to listen - they're demanding for a good reason (they want the best for their business) and it's our mission to provide that.

A: The tools for self building and management will improve, making the Internet even more accessible to businesses of all sizes. However, human nature doesn't change - there are always going to be people who want to pass over the build and design to the experts, and I hope they will be choosing us!
