A: There is always a way!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office is relaxed but can successfully react to different daily pressures. We have plants and music on all day. We are loking forward to the world cup as we will have that on too!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our office is compact and its easy to keep an eye on each others progress.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We just are! I made a word up the other day which i think sums us up as a company. My new word is 'Dynamism' IT MEANS ' OPTIMISTICALLY DYNAMIC' or we can pretty much do anything..

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals, Referrals and a little google. we dont advertise...

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Stage one is the meeting, then 25% deposit, then 3 layout ideas(logo), choose one and mix if necessary. We then work on content, graphic enhancements, user requirements, accessibility etc etc

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: The initial meeting is pretty much the telling point. If we click together then the outcome is usually exceptional. Communication and un derstanding from both sides helps.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Put them to the bottom of the pile.. ha ha only joking! More demanding clients are usually the bast as they keep our team on their toes and usually get the desired finish and on time,,,

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Location, you need to be able to meet in my opinion. You need to get inside your clients head which is dificult without meeting them and seeing their emotion and physical approach to the project.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: If we carry on at the staedy pace we are doing then i can see us being a well established media company as apposed to just a web design company.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think for the next 10 years we are safe but you will need to adapt to keep up with 3D etc etc

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: A design company will only put and equal amount of effort in to a project as you put in yourself ... A brochure website can be done without customer being present but a larger project requires great input to avoid extra charges..
