WA Designs totally fulfilled the brief and created an excellent functional design that gave us exactly what we needed. Really understood what we needed and gave us a professional image that was very important to us. I was lost for words, the design was so good and gave us everything we needed and asked for. A really marked improvement on our old website which was good at the time but dated. This made us look sharp and modern, exactly what we wanted and the backend system works great as well that can do a lot.

Robert at Bruges Group wanted a vibrant, clean and easy to use website for both himself to update and their members to use. With additions such as donations, a shop, members area and voting polls, it was a great site to expand our wings and try out new exciting bits.

A: To provide a reliable professional service to any client that requires this. To ensure that our communication is jargon free so that anyone can unsderstand what we are talking about and Orchestrating.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Professional, clean, open to all and welcoming. Great off street parking and great tea & coffee too!
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: The team chat face to face, via phone, skype or email. We'd use smoke signals if we needed to.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We pick up the phone and answer emails. We build a close relationship with our clients which instills trust and ensures that they remain with us for a very long time.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth from previous clients.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a client dream sheet that is detailed with all the requirements the client is wanting. This is then emailed to the client for them to read through and agree, It does not stop there as their business model may change as the site is being built. We then offer training after or before live date and remain on hand should there be any questions or help our clients may need.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, trust, reliability and deliveronus. You should never promise the world if you cannot deliver, well we don't. We ensure our clients understand everything and are happy with the path we are taking. The client comes first and they need to have pride and confidence in the product that we are offering.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Very well we believe. Clients are not demading they just want to know that you are still with them and that their project is important to us as well as them. We create new business on word of mouth which speaks volumes as we really do go that extra mile!
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: You need to have a chat either by phone or face to face with your provider. This is the first step to gage how you'll be able to communicate with each other. Discuss timelines and see previous/current work to ensure they can deliver what they are after. Check references to if that would make you even happier, we had clients contact clients, it is the way of the world and you are paying for a service!
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Growing in strength just as it has been for the last 9 years and celebrating our 10 year anniversary.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: We still feel that although you can get cheap build it yourself websites, our clients like you to take the issue from their hands so they can crack on with their core business, making money. The personal touch will never die and we will still be here moving with the times and with our clients.

A: Both PC and Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: WA Designs was born as Web Angels Designs because we had so many clients that had been failed by other companies and we were their web angels.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Enjoy it, be brave, experimemnt and understand your product. It does not need to be terrifying and if you have a great support team, you won't be worried about calling them and asking what you think is a daft question. Your web design company should ALWAYS be happy to help and solve any problem you may have ;)
