Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: Dale Jefferies (Managing Director)
Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: Open, Honest, Affordable, Caring, Competent
Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our business philosophy is to treat every client friendly, kindly, individually and with respect from start to finish.
We aim to build strong lasting relationships with all of our clients. I am a strong believer in if I look after your company you will look after mine.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office environment is always very lively and a fun place to work. By creating a nice working environment things get done properly and this allows for more creativity on our sites.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: All of our staff have worked together for years, every member of staff knows each others strengths and this is why our design service is so efficient.
We all regularly spend time out of the office together, this reflects in the office with a lot of light hearted banter which the customers get involved with also as we try to build a good rapport with all of our clients.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We bend over backwards to ensure our clients happiness. We never hold our customers to ransom like a lot of other design companies I heard of and worked for, if a customer wants to leave for whatever reason then we shake hands and part company.
Our prices are amongst the best value around and the quality of our designs are second to none!
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We have a sales team of 8 people so that generated a lot of business, recommendations and generate a lot of work through search engines.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: The usual procedure is we register a domain name, set up a holding page then send a simple artwork pack out.
The customer completes the artwork and includes pictures, logos etc (we can supply stock images if you struggle with your own images).
We usually work on a 3 week turnaround and then send a draft of the site out. If there are any alterations at all we will complete this before the site goes live.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: I only ever treat someone the way in which I wanted to be treated myself.
Meeting deadlines and not making false promises is a good way of creating a good relationship. I the years I have been working in the industry I have made many excellent relationships, many resulting in weekends away, business meals and taking up the services many of our clients offer
I have met some good friends over the years through providing websites for them.
