Q: Describe your office environment.
A: A spacious, contemporary office with cutting edge computers and software and a relaxed atmosphere.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Majority of our business is from word of mouth from our existing customers. Many of our customers have been with us for upwards of 5 years. It is a pleasure to work with customers on ongoing projects for long periods of time. We do of course have new customers either from local marketing or the search engines and these usually develop into long term business relationships.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Establish clients exact requirements and offer solutions and suggestions, design visual concepts, develop agreed concepts, QA and testing, then finally go-live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening to requirements, suggesting solutions or suitable alternatives, delivering a project on time and on budget and working with the client to develop the business further. This is usually by means of ongoing development and search engine promotion or online promotion and social networking.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Ensure you feel comfortable with the web design company and they are providing solutions to any queries you might have. They should also be suggesting alternatives and additional solutions so as both parties are aware how to develop the project over time. There is after all no point building a website and it is not used as there isn't an ongoing marketing plan in place.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Taking the Internet to the next level and developing cutting edge websites that build business for our clients.
