A: An open plan hub of creativity and collaboration between designers, developers and digital marketing specialists.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Since we are a small team, we work closely together at all stages of a project. We meet at the beginning of the week to set priorities, discuss the progress of on-going projects and reviews these throughout the week.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Unlike other agencies we don't put an account manager between you and our team. All of our staff are well-versed with the process of project management to ensure your project goes smoothly. If you want to run some ideas past a designer, we won't stop you.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth / referrals and online marketing.

A: Analysis of Client Needs/Objectives -> Design Proposal/Iterations -> Development -> Testing -> Go Live -> Training -> Regular Review -> Optional Ongoing Digital Marketing

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Clearly set expectations from the start, regular communication and honesty at all times.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We always ensure that goals, scope of work and time schedules are set at the beginning of a project. This makes it clear to both parties what work will be carried out and when. We will always endeavor to accommodate any additional needs or requests from a client where possible.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Specialists in all aspects of digital media, with the ability to offer our clients additional services such as 3D, video and animation, and continuing to help meet the goals and objectives of their businesses or organisations.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Continuing to change and advance at great speed. With a plethora of new devices coming to market every year, we are regularly changing and improving our processes to ensure the websites and applications we build are reaching as many people as possible.

A: Write down what your goals and objectives are for your business or organisation for the next 5/10/15 years. Let that drive what strategies and technologies are implemented to help you achieve those, not the other way around.
