Warrington Website Design is run by an unscrupulous individual and I would recommend you stay miles away from him. I cannot believe he still uses our website to gain new business. Rob Haywood trading as Warrington Website Design set up a website for Kent Greyhound Rescue in 2009, ran it for 12 months then disappeared without trace, This left us in a very difficult position as they had everything password protected to themselves and we had no access to the website to do any updates. As a dog rehoming charity we need to keep the dogs looking for homes up to date, but because of Rob Heywood's actions we were unable to home dogs which meant dogs waiting to come into the rescue died in the dog pound as no space was available. We are just volunteers for the charity and spent our spare time trying to salvage the mess created by WWD rather than helping the dogs. This man is a disgrace, he has no morals and extremely bad business practices. He would not even releases our domain name to allow us to move to another design company - it was only because Net One Earth were so helpful that we were able to get away from him and start again with a new website. He clearly did not understand the Joolma system and I guess he had his head stuck in the sand rather than admit he was way out of his depth. To just hide away knowing he had everything password protected was despicable and he should be very ashamed of himself. Do not use this company or this man. He talks the talk but he fails to back it up with any real conviction.

Warrington Website Design started the process off by having a very concise meeting where we discussed how I wanted the site to work plus taking into accout of other forms of marketing like Blogging. Although I had already spent a lot of time researching how I want the site regarding structure WWD had some good ideas.
They made the development process very clear with stage payments along the way so I was fully aware of the development process.
The final website is perfect to accomodate my growing business. There were some complications but the options to overcome these were clear and the best route was chosen. The after support is not very good and any future development work is not supported with a great lack in comminucation.
The WWD host server goes down for days on end with no warning including e-mails. If you use this company make sure you have control over your own website.

Warrington Website Design have created a site that whilst more complicated to use than previous sites we have used offers so much more functionality and is really helping us to promote our dogs on the internet.
They were such a good company to work with. They kept us fully in the picture all the way through from concept to finished website. They dealt with our emails and calls promptly and they didn't confuse us with jargon and they listened to what we had to say about the way we wanted our site to look.
We added and changed various parts of our site and they remained friendly and patient with us throughout.
We are extremely pleased with the finished site and are more than happy to recommend them.
