Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our vision is to provide a personal, all-in-one solution for both start-up and established businesses requiring a variety of different services – from website, leaflet and logo design to search-engine optimisation, pay per click advertising and social media marketing. Each member of the team has a particularly high level of interest and expertise in their area of expertise and can provide years of knowledge and experience when assisting you with your specific needs.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Kre8 Designs works in an open-plan office which allows every member of the team to interact, pass ideas around and gain instant feedback and support from each other whenever it is needed.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: The philosophy of our office is to ensure that everyone's opinion is heard, all projects are completed to the highest possible standard and the ethos that "time is money", meaning all projects should be completed as soon as possible.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Kre8 Designs firmly believes in honesty and integrity within the workplace. With many other competitors in the Web Design and SEO industry, there are many unethical companies.
The company was created with the vision to offer complete packages for small and medium-sized businesses which offer a great value, professional service.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We use a number of traditional marketing methods such as Business to Business Sales and Networking. Our primary source of business is from word of mouth and referrals from previous customers.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We offer an initial quote and then provide an online area for clients to review progress. They are also able to contact their allocated agent.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust and integrity throughout the whole project. Maintaining regular content to ensure that the customer is kept in the loop the whole process is a fundamental pillar of our day to day business.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We will work with every client to gain an understanding of what is required from every project. We remain realistic with every customers expectations, particularly in regards to Search Engine Optimisation and will work to meet specific targets within set deadlines. If we cannot offer a service, we will not mislead a customer.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: It is crucial that you trust the salesperson you are speaking to. If you feel that the designer understands the concept fully, remains professional throughout the conversation and is easy to get hold of and stay in touch with - you're onto a winner.

A: We have big plans. In 10 years, we expect to be one of the leading web design and online marketing agencies in the country.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design is becoming more and more user-friendly. There is still a huge demand for bespoke websites to be created for companies who do not have the time or knowledge to create a website themselves. In the future, the price of web design will drop sharply as more technology is improving to make it quicker and easier to design a unique website. I expect that the general public will become more and more aware of the facilities becoming available to designers.

A: Kre8 Designs was shortlisted after a number of options. It was chosen because it was quirky, to-the-point and different.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Ensure that spelling, punctuation and grammar is second to none. Your website is often the first impression that a potential client will have of your business and can never be changed. A poor impression of a website can leave your chance of business later down the line very unlikely.
