Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have a well balanced team, each with their own area of expertise. This allows us to be very dynamic and quick when producing solutions for our clients. Whether it be online marketing or a creative print campaign, the whole team has ideas.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Well everything is designed. Few things are designed well. Lot's of companies claim to do this and that but we think our work speaks out for itself.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Recommendation without a doubt. Although of course we put together online marketing campaigns as we do for many of our clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Well we like to have a very personal relationship with our clients, so when possibly we ask them to come to our studio or we come to them, but we have also developed a custom client relationship system that each of our clients get access to. This allows them to stay in-touch with their project and the designer working on it.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication! lot's of our clients have come to us after initially starting out with another agency where this fundamental element has broken down, prices have changed and were unclear from the start. We have a proven developed process of creating a project from start to finish, are clients stay happy!

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We have found that the more we understand our clients goals, and the more they understand the process we work to, the less demanding they are. When we agree a price we make it very clear of what that price includes, and that contracts will need to be re-evaluated if major changes arise.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Budget, Time, Professionalism, Services. Can they do what you require? Have you thought about your budget for this website? How quickly do you need this website? Does the we portfolio represent what they claim?

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Nuttifox is growing at a nice pace. We have a good base of loyal clients and see ourselves as a very established design agency in Surrey & Hampshire by then. We also have plans to expand our creative design into other helpful business sectors.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design is going to speed up in the future and I will make sure Nuttifox is at the forefront of new web technology. Broadband speeds will continue to increase as will applications in which you can access the internet. It's going to be fun!

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Brainstorming with the team. We liked the idea as we have Nuttipress and Nuttihost brands that link well together. These brands allow us to offer a complete package of web development, print design, commercial printing and web hosting.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Treat it as another arm of your business, take it seriously and the rewards can be great!
