Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We take a proactive approach with our clients - of course we like to sit back and hear what you have to say about your project, but where possible we'll also chip in with suggestions of our own, based on the extensive experience we have when it comes to designing and developing websites for businesses.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office is is a great place to work. Many times when we have had clients in we have received compliments about the office environment. Our office is a hard working place everybody working towards the same goals.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We are all based in the same room so we can easily talk to each either in person or the internal phone system. We also communicate over e-mail. We also have a bespoke system in place for dealing with all our orders and distrusting work among the team.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are different to other companies because we are very passionate about what we do. We want the best for our customers and will go the extra mile to put a smile on their face.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our business comes through word of mouth and from previous business. We also send out email marketing campaigns.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: You will be assigned an account manager who deal with all your questions. You will also be able to speak to your designer directly throughout the whole process.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: I think it is important to keep the client up to date and to fully understand what they're wanting from the project.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We treat every client the same and work to the highest standards achievable.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: To look for a company that has built something similar to what you are looking for this. This way you can look at some previous examples and see what they're capable of.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In 10 years time I expect the company to be well known recognised by others within the industry.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design is constantly on the move and growing. I think mobile apps and web based applications are going to become a massive part of every day life.

A: We are what it says.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: To keep your website up to date with content. If you have a blog on your website it you can write interesting articles to keep your customers coming back and reading more. This will help you gain trust from your readers. Even if they are not planning on using your products or services at the moment they may come back to you at a later date because you have proven you are knowledgeable within your industry within your blog posts.
