We initially approached Web choice UK with a ideal; to make our customer's experience cleaner, easier and more interactive.

They were quick, professional and provided plenty of opportunity throughout the process to review what was being done - ensuring we had control and liked what was being done.

The design was everything we wanted even though we didn't know what we really wanted... and they even thought about the details, which is refreshing!

We appreciated the personal service and they were quite happy to answer any questions, even out if their core hours - which is quite special by anyone's standards.

We required some extra support (post implementation) and they were very accommodating.

We would recommend them to any company that is looking for an accountable service.

We will be using them in the future.

Web Choice UK has done a very professional and good looking site for Holiday Link-up. They met my expectations regarding functionality and their approach from the inception well suited my originality ..... the team was able to manifest my ideas into a clean and flawless looking site which is easy to use.

Overall, beautiful website with consistent pages ... some minor touch ups are required but it does not affect the average users experience. Oh a few more things ... Web Choice did not only design a bespoke site which is:

1. easy to navigate (layout)
2. fitting for the sites purpose
3. graphically adequate (fonts, colours etc)
4. fast (load time of pages)
5. has embedded a secure payment system

but they also provided valuable advise which is useful for startup companies like Holiday Link-up. I think they genuienly care about the success of the products they create.

For a number of reasons the time had come to review our online store and as part of this process we invited for companies to tender for the work.

Whilst Web Choice were not the cheapest compant to quote, we felt that the overall package which included a Magento platform would provide us with both the solid infrastucture we needed now and the felxability to cope with expansion and scaling as we developed our business.

We dealt throughout with Sam Dunning who was professional, knowledgable and proactive throughout the initial tender process and during the actual build which was completed to our satisfaction and ahead of scedule.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Web Choice to others.
